Not here to bad mouth or even go into detail about my poor experience with this company. Friends recommended. My take away is disappointment. Regarding our need to reroof, we had a quick initial response and estimate. Communication dropped soon after. Multiple attempts to connect with the owners son (who did initial estimate ) was met no response. A month later I reached him. He said he would make an adjustment to the estimate and send it to me. Nothing.

Murakami Roofing did an awesome job on my roof. It only took a couple days for them to rip off the old roofing material and install the new roof. I was very pleased when I reviewed their work. The workers were very friendly an professional. I would highly recommend Murakami Roofing to any of my family or friends.

I want to thank the workers of Murakami Roofing for such wonderful service. We were still under warranty and started to get a small leak. The office woman was super friendly and arranged to have Chris, a worker come the next day to check for the problem. Chris assessed the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what he would be doing to remedy the problem. Within an hour , the leak repaired with no charge. Such outstanding service is greatly appreciated. Mahalo Murakami Roofers.

Called these guys from their ad on Google offering free gutters a few months ago. Set up the estimate appointment, and they were replacing our roofing in a week. They worked fast, and did a great job. Murakami's roofing has some other bad reviews on yelp, but I really don't see where the "bad reputation" in this company is. I really have no idea. All I know is they did a great job again, and my wife was very happy, so I'm happy! Haha

Earlier this week, strong winds and rain ruined my roof and caused it to leak. I called my insurance company and Murakami Roofing. They were very quick to come out to give me an estimate to repair the damage. A couple days later, the owner himself came out to make the repairs even though there were 70 other homes that were damaged by the wind. I was finally able to sleep at night not having to worry about rain pouring in the middle of my house. I can't say enough great things about the high level of caring this company gives to their customers. The other company I called me and said they couldn't make any repairs until the next month.
