Earlier this year, they were hired to paint the complex that I live in. I noticed that there was some damage to my front light while they were working on my building. The sensor was no longer upright and was dangling. I understand that accidents happen so I was hoping someone would leave a note and say, "Sorry we broke your sensor, let us replace your light for you." However, there was no one owning up to the damage. I informed my resident manager, and he eventually gave my landlord's phone number for them to contact. My landlord received a message from Kapili that they would look into the issue. Months passed by and there wasn't any further contact by that person. After following up again, my landlord found out that person no longer works there and someone else said they will look into it. We are still yet to receive a response. We were hoping it would not take long to look into an issue for a light worth $50, but I guess this is not a concern for them. I know they moved my light around to paint around it because sometimes the light would block the door and prevent me from opening it. Good thing I wasn't inside my apartment at the time they were painting or else I wouldn't be able to get out without breaking the light. It would be good if their workers were more mindful of what they moved and put things back in place.

Roof was damaged from flying debris during Kona Low storm. Contacted Kapili Roofing the next morning and they were able to install a cover until permanent repairs could be made. Repairs were done in a few weeks. I really appreciated that they kept me informed along the way. I was very pleased with their work

Nervous on such a big project but the Kapili team made it very easy. Roof was installed with no issue, all available supplies were on island with no delay, to include new sun lights. A lot of quotes but this was the one with most detailed on the pre inspection. I felt I was in professional hands the entire time. Polite and clean on site as well.
