This is a legit operation. They have a receptionist that is super nice and coordinated, seems simple but it is just so nice to have someone that is dedicated to that end of the business vs someone trying to juggle playing with electrical repairs and scheduling at the same time. After giving my info to the receptionist, Matt called me the next day to go what would need to be done and an estimate. Brett, our electrician who was assigned the job, super cool guy, called to see about coming early (awesome!), took the time listen to what our immediate repair needed was (condo wiring was done in a strange manner) and then went over details and cost of some possible upgrades like adding ceiling fans and an outlet. They're so professional that Brett's invoice is also a "rate sheet" that has a list of work they do and the associated cost vs numbers being pulled from thin air. I feel like I found a gem and hopefully this review gives some help to others looking for a solid electrician, I just hope they don't get so much work that I can't book them for my next job.
Feel we got royally ripped off. $195 for a circuit breaker (available at Lowes for about $50) and $85 for a visit that took 15 minutes, showed up on a moped and only did half the job requested. Said he didn't have the tools; Duh! He came on a moped. What professional shows up for a job on a moped. Then he cried when we wouldn't let him come back to finish the job. Suspect he wanted another $85 visit charge. I would not recommend SEI Electric.

SEI maintains our high rise generator and Matt does a fair and thorough job each time. I highly recommend SEI.
