First job I had they sent Dan to hang two chandeliers. He did a fantastic job. We hired them a second time for a 3rd smaller chandelier and they sent two other guys out (one an apprentice at the time) and they failed to fully attach it to the ceiling on the support bars which resulted the fixture sagging off the ceiling about a half inch by the time I took the picture. They sent Dan out within an hour or two and by that time it was down almost a full inch. Thankfully Dan did a complete disassembly, properly mounted it, and reinstallation which fixed it. This time I had a tight schedule with another company to disassemble and reassemble a large LED lit built-in cabinet with one day in between for electrical work. I booked Monday and specified Dan do the work when I spoke to Joe and not the other two guys who botched the last job. They gave me a 2pm-4pm window for Thursday. THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT WITH 90 MINUTES NOTICE. I can not reschedule with the carpenter and it took me 3 months just to get booked in with him. I made that extremely clear during our initial call to book. I spoke to the dispatch who gave a few week excuses but finally said they could get someone else out between 4-6. That was fine. Then the owner Joe called me and said absolutely not they could only come on Saturday. Absolutely unprofessional to cancel a job with basically zero notice. Joe didnt care. Was sarcastic and "thanked me for my input." No apologies, no excuses. Just a "too bad deal with it". Attitude. Hire someone else. Hopefully Dan can go work somewhere else so I can hire him again.

I will surely be utilizing EI Electrical services again. Great customer service and promptness from start to finish. Charlie the technician showed up just prior to the scheduled time and was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated from start to finish. Joe on the other end of the phone was just as great! Thank you Charlie & Joe.

We needed a 240V outlet for our new electric vehicle, but our home has an unusual electrical configuration: 200 amps total, with 125 amps split into two sub-panels that first go through a Tesla solar gateway, and two Powerwalls. Dan was punctual, clearly and cheerfully explained various configuration options and their relative costs, and was very patient with our questions. We hadn't selected a charger for the new outlet yet, so he also helped me select one online, explaining the pros and cons of each. The installation was neat and clean inside and outside our garage, and we are happily charging our new EV at high-speed! The next day, Dan answered even more questions via text. A true professional.

I needed an electrician to install my new wired Nest video doorbell. EI responded quickly to my Yelp project request and was able to come out the same day to get the job done. JP arrived on time and got the work done quickly. The estimated cost was discussed before the job started, and after completion was lower because of the lesser cost of the supplies used. Excellent! JP stayed to make sure that I got the video features up and running before he left. He also explained to me what was done and knowing that the job was done correctly and safely is such a relief. The area is clean and everything was installed perfectly. I highly recommend EI and will definitely be getting them to come back when I need more jobs done around the house. I really appreciate their great communication and efficiency.

I had a horrible experience with E I Electrical and would not recommend them to anyone. They were late to the job (I get it, some jobs take longer than expected). They admitted to over charging me by $200 and we’re supposed to apply that $200 to future work. Then they never ordered the parts or called back to complete the second service. When I called them several weeks later, Joe refused to give me money back unless I agreed to not leave a bad review. Not even kidding - can’t make it up. Joe refused to let me talk to anyone else within the company and still never processed my refund. Poor service all the way around. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
