Chené was incredibly reassuring and helpful - I felt she had my back. She responded promptly to all my emails and made the process a breeze.

I had a great experience purchasing my first property through Winkworth Battersea. I dealt specifically with Rupert who was very helpful throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, arranging viewings at short notice and he ensured that the transaction completed before the stamp duty holiday ended. Would highly recommend.

As first time renters we had a really good experience with Winkworth, things were dealt with very quickly. We were able to go for a viewing later than normal hours and knew whether our offer was accepted only the day after making an offer. Everything was handled very smoothly throughout the process! We would definitely go through winkworth again!

Myself and two friends have recently worked with a number of the Winkworth staff to secure a new letting in Clapham, and have had a very positive experience with the company. We have primarily been in contact with Hannah who was a pleasure to deal with. She showed us round the property initially and was highly involved and present with organising the subsequent contracting and negotiation process after that. We had a number of teething issues with resolving referencing from our previous letting company, and Hannah was very patient and pragmatic while we resolved these issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we have been very impressed by the service from Winkworth, we have had difficulties with previous letting agents, so were incredibly pleased to have such a good experience with Winkworth.

It is now not much longer than a month that I have started to rent with Winkworth. Everyone has been truly available, transparent and helpful throughout the process and I am really grateful as I have had my-self (as pretty much everyone else in London!), not so good experiences with letting agencies.
