I went to Urgent Care Family Clinic last night because I was not feeling well and had a very sore throat. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and helped me right away. Dr. Lazaro Roche was excellent. He made me feel safe, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided treatment and medication on the spot to help me start feeling better. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to my needs gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and caring. I highly recommend Urgent Care Family Clinic, especially Dr. Lazaro Roche. From now on, this will be my go-to urgent care clinic whenever I need medical attention.
Amazing and professional. Front desk staff provided outstanding customer service. There was no long wait time.The doctor was friendly and extremely helpful. He explained everything in great detail. I left the clinic feeling so much better. I highly recommended this clinic. Accepts most insurance and very affordable rates.

I was seen for a prescription refill, as I am on tour for work and cannot see my usual prescriber. Dr. Lázaro was kind, funny, listened and helped ease a lot of my anxiety! He is extremely understanding and makes you feel very comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!!
Absolutely loved Dr. Lazaro! He truly took the time to listen to my concerns and paid close attention to my kids, which meant so much. The visit was incredibly quick honestly the fastest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back!
