This was my daughter’s first time visiting Priority Urgent Care. Lori Dean, NP and staff Michael Payne were awesome! They were both very friendly and engaging with my daughter. They cared about her symptoms and provided her the best care. Fast, efficient and effective patient care.
Priority Urgent Care is awesome! From the check in area, to be seen, and saying good bye… we will definitely be back when we need to be seen by an Urgent Care. Also, special shout out to Michael! He did such a great job taking care of us and being so professional, all while wearing incredible socks.
Wasn’t feeling well at work so I left and came here for a check up. They were so fast and thorough it was great! Dr. Lori was awesome. Explained everything in detail and made sure I had no questions. Never have been to a doctors office where they take care of you so fast and make you feel like the only patient. Definitely recommend 10/10
Amazing experience. They took me as soon as I walked in with respiratory issues, even though the Internet was down. I paid just shy of $200 for everything including x-rays, multiple swab tests, and a breathing treatment. They offered me free gluten free snacks and water and were very mindful of my medical history. Staff was beautiful and amazing. I saw Lori as my PA and another young man as my nurse. I can’t remember his name, but he was amazing and we talked about Pokémon. Can’t recommend highly enough. This will be my new go-to, especially as someone without insurance.
I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. The woman working the desk was rude and dismissive and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than patients seeking care. We were rushed despite there being no one else waiting. In an urgent care setting, patients are often already stressed, and a basic level of hospitality and courtesy is essential. This is an area that clearly needs improvement. UPDATE 2/25/2025: After posting this review, an additional professionalism concern arose which I brought directly to leadership. I received a thoughtful response acknowledging the situation and confirming that it is being addressed internally. I appreciate their willingness to take the matter seriously. I will now increase my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.
