I have nothing but goods to say about this location. Dr Mitchell is great, attentive and knows what he’s doing. I’ve been coming here for IV infusions and vitamin shots for about 2 years now. But recently I’ve had to come here quite a few times for urgent care needs. I feel every time my needs are met, questions are answered and I don’t feel like I’m pushed out of the door. I personally know I am not the easiest to deal with at times, but Dr Mitchell is patient and understanding. Front desk is also super great!!! The girls are knowledgeable and super friendly. Coming here for either urgent care or infusions is absolutely worth it.
I’ll be honest, Medical care staff in the U.S. sucks, but this place gave me hope. I came in on a busy Saturday, with a raging migraine. Literally no wait time. The doctors listened to me, and were willing to hear out all my concerns. The physicians were spectacular as was the rest of the staff. I’ve been here twice now, and I can say it’s always smiles and wonderful attitude every time. Shout out to Rose for being sweet, helpful and patient with me from the moment I walked in :) If you are in need of some urgent care, this is the place. Hopefully I don’t need to be back, but if I do, I will always come here. Thanks guys!
The person at the front desk was very nice and she wished me a speedy recovery on my way out. The nurse practitioner that treated me was also very pleasant and informative. He gave me the full rundown of my diagnosis and treatment without ever talking down to me. I felt good about the visit despite not feeling great (due to illness).
Jonovan and Jiselle were fantastic. Celebrated a bit too hard for my wife’s bday and thought I broke my wrist. The got me in fast, did the X-rays, and confirmed everything was fine. Plus they took care of my wife’s much needed IV (post bday) drip. Great staff and will be back.
Amazing experience all around, but the real MVP was the front desk receptionist. She was warm, welcoming, and set the tone for the entire visit right from the start. Front desk staff are so often overlooked, but she truly deserves recognition for how positive and professional she was. The nurse and doctor were amazing too, but that first interaction at the front desk made all the difference. Highly recommend this urgent care!
