Neumed has been an amazing partner this year …our health minded women love Victoria and staff! Tonight we did a holiday pop up there and everyone got full iv drips, b12 shots and other fun services with some holiday cheer. Thank you Neumed!

HUGE praise for Dr. Madison & Nurse Christina at Neumed Urgent Care(Washington Ave.)! We brought our 2.5 year old daughter in this morning because she had hurt her hand/arm and was unable to move it all night. Both of them were extremely patient & gentle with our toddler who was having a hard time getting examined. Both Dr. Madison & Nurse Christina took the time to try to find ways to help comfort and ease our daughter so she could do the xray. Even thought we couldn’t go through with the xray, Dr. Madison took the time to call a nearby emergency room who had alternative accommodations to help us with the xray. That was extremely kind and thoughtful of her to do! Thankfully by the time we got into our car, my daughter was able to move her arm fully and turned out it was Nurse Maids Elbow which Dr. Madison was able to help pop back in. All in all, we had a wonderful first urgent care experience with Dr. Madison & Nurse Christina and would highly recommend this urgent care to everyone!

How often are you impressed with customer service these days? Today they exceeded my expectations at this clinic. Grace greeted me at the front and was exceptional, efficient, friendly, and professional. She explained my options for IV therapy and continued to tend to my every need while I was in the clinic, and even brought me snacks and water. She set the tone for the whole experience, and the amazing nurses in the back made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends and I will be back regularly.

I have never had a bad experience here at Neumed. Everyone is so sweet! My asthma frequently gets my immune system sick and when I came in I was treated with help from everyone especially Andrew who was the one who helped me through the whole process of figuring out what was happening. I felt heard and did not feel like a number. The team I met this weekend really cared and it shows through their work ethic. I don’t usually make reviews but being able to experience healthcare from a place that helps both insured and uninsured gives humanity back to people who aren’t able to access healthcare. I’ve been on both sides before and being here allows you to receive the same care as others.

Hurricane Beryl came through Houston right after the 4th of July leaving us in a world of trouble. Losing power for 10 days plus all your food is devastating but when you get the power back on you realize the heat did a number on your body. With all the water I thought I was consuming it wasn't enough I was extremely dehydrated. I decided to head to an urgent care in the Heights area to get seen before it got worse. I googled urgent care and NeuMed Modern Urgent Care + IV Therapy, Washington Ave.cane up I quickly decided I would try them out. Best decision ever from the moment I walked in I felt the staff truly cared and only wanted to help me feel better from the polite gentleman Lafayette at the front desk to the doctor and nurse who took care of me. The facility is clean, relaxing and peaceful for an urgent care. There was a short wait but you get to relax in massage chairs while you wait.
