Awesome service since you walk-in. Fast and effective check in. No wait at all or may be only a few minutes. Doctors (PN) are friendly and listen to all of your concerns. Very explanatory and making sure you leave well informed. I have been in this location (Sheperd) many times and I never leave disappointed. I 100% recommend MH Urgent Care. They really care for patients and treat you the best. Thank you to all staff there; I much appreciate such a great job you do. Thumbs up!

2nd time using the N. Shepherd location and online sign in quik with option to choose appt time for visit. The staff there who saw me are great & treated me nicely. After xray to foot I was needing a postop boot, but size (M) they didnt have & gave me script & send me to anoth location near by. I was seen there quickly & got my boot. I had to call 1st location 2 days later to get xray results with dx. Toe fracture. If I need or other reason I will be using them again. Thank you staff for your great attention for my need.❤️

The promptness of being seen, the easy registration link, and Cleanliness. Dr. Dipen Patel was very easy to talk too, well knowledgeable and showed much concern & Empathy while patiently waiting for me to ask any questions. Dr.Patel was very nice, I wish he was my primary care physician. Great work over there! 👍🏾

This location is brand new and is in a good area . The staff is very nice and helpful. This is not an emergency room so if you have a gun shot go to the ER. But they are very helpful in urgent situations that don't require surgeries. They weren't busy and seen me right away. The medic on duty explained things to me clearly and gave me options for care. The woman at the front desk got my information fast and entered it quickly to have me in and out fast. I would suggest going here if you are feeling sick from a fever or cough. It seems like it would be a good place to bring children if needed depending on the situation. They have good parking and it's free parking. They send your prescription to the pharmacy for less hassle and paperwork. All the equipment in the building is brand new and clean. They keep it very clean and sanitized in the building. If you need to be seen and are in the area I would suggest coming to this location.

The care was 5/5 but the billing is 1/5. I went in due to a possible sinus infection and they charged me $300 which is their minimum price for just going to see a doctor even if nothing was done besides taking my bp, temp, and reviewing my symptoms. I’ve never seen an urgent care charge this much for less than 15 min visit. I was also not informed of how much the visit was going to cost before I was seen only weeks after when I got the bill. Don’t come here if you don’t have insurance or haven’t met your deductible because they will overcharge you to make a profit.
