I needed an urgent care that had an x-ray machine, so someone suggested this location. I am so glad. It was a wonderful experience from my checking in with the pleasant man at the front desk to my walking out probably 30 minutes later. They were professional and competent, the facility was clean, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all!
To Whom This May Concern: I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional care my husband and I received during our recent visit to your urgent care location. The medical staff took great care of us, providing thorough examinations and testing while remaining respectful and concerned for our wellbeing throughout the process. We especially appreciated the team taking the time to keep us informed about the delay in calling us back, which we understand was due to technical issues. While we did notice some external noise from the loud music in the suite next door, pilates, I want to emphasize that this will not affect our decision to visit this location in the future. This was the fastest and most convenient visit I’ve experienced with any Urgent Care facility. I made an appointment online with many options, arrived & checked-in immediately, and saw practioner within 30 mins of visit. I think the entire process took 90 mins from online to exit. My prescription was a bit delayed reaching the pharmacy but I eventually received it. This will be my first choice of UC facilities going forward!
Extremely convenient and fast. I was a walk-in and was seen within minutes. Very easy check in procedure. Loved the nurse practitioner and medical assistant who attended me. Both very caring and understanding. Very attentive to every concern I had. Genuinely listened to me. Gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Just great speedy service. Probably 4 visits between 2 people since they opened. So far they have solved all our various problems. They also get the prescriptions to our pharmacy very quickly. Maybe 10-15min after visiting our prescription is ready.
