I had a wonderful experience here! NP McKinney was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment she walked into the room. She immediately made me feel comfortable, and her warm, friendly personality really stood out. The front desk staff was also so kind, respectful, and welcoming. That’s honestly hard to find these days, and a great front desk team makes such a difference in the overall experience. I truly appreciated how well I was treated from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this office to others and will absolutely come back if I ever need care again!
Dr Patel provided excellent care. We were concerned about an infected spot on our daughter's back, and he provided us excellent advice regarding if/when an ER visit would be necessary. Fortunately, we were able to avoid that yesterday and our daughter is feeling back to herself after only two doses of antibiotic. Dr Patel completed the visit summary quickly and promptly responded to our messages in the hours after our initial visit. We could not be more pleased. Thank you Dr Patel!
Super easy experience from start to finish. I checked in online and reserved my spot before I arrived. Once I got there, I was seen quickly. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and I was able to get the treatment I needed without sitting around for hours. Definitely a convenient option when you need to be seen.
It wasnt that long of a wait since I scheduled an appointment online, and the women at the front was kind enough to input the info since the link sent to me did not work. However, my name and son's info was incorrect even though I physically gave the documents to her so to prevent the wrong info being added, and I recieved a bill instead of the insurance being billed. Although im sure it was a mistake and all I have to do is correct the info to avoid the bill and any future mistakes. I feel that the workers should be little more diligent and mindful when inputting info to avoid this from happening again and for billing purposes. But, I am grateful and appreciate the help we received.
Staff were beyond professional and efficient. Quick, complete, compassionate care. And the provider, Ivy, is the embodiment of the perfect Doctor and healer. Incredibly kind and caring. What a wonderful Doctor. She makes you feel like you’re family and she’s the family’s favorite aunt. And the cherry on top: no copay. Memorial Hermann is doing things right.
