I visited this Urgent Care on a Tuesday for an infection, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was warm, and the facility was spotless. Dr. Nguyen was thorough, kind, and explained my treatment to follow very clearly; very professional. Highly recommended.
My experience was a 10/10; the receptionist was very professional and courteous to me. The doctor that I was seen by was very helpful; he made me feel comfortable! Today I am feeling much better! I'm so thankful for choosing Insight Urgent Care for my medical needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I gave the review I gave because unfortunately, I had to Drive to a different urgent care. I ask that you please educate your team on how to locate Insurance information for a veteran that does not have their VA ID. I provided the insurance provider as well as the phone number that they needed to call as the provider to get the information for me to be seen. Per the guidance all you need is the full SSN and Database and if your policy says other wise consider changing it The receptionist unfortunately was not helpful as she questioned who my insurance was even thought it was given and did not want to call the number I provided to her and continue to go back-and-forth with me about not having an VA ID. It was not until after 20 minutes she attempted to contact the VA which works for other urgent cares with no problem. I had to drive 30 minutes to another urgent care with a messed up foot. Please do not let this happen to another veteran.i did not have my VA ID and they were able to assist me. It feels discouraging as a veteran and woman of color this happened
The clinic is conveniently located, clean, and bright. The receptionist was friendly, and Dr. Vu was very patient and attentive to the patient’s medical history and concerns. My mom feels much better after treatment. Highly recommended for anyone who needs care.
Dr.Nguyen was super nice and amazing! Even the receptionist she was sweet, I loved how they genuinely seem to care and ask you every single question about what’s going on. I came here due to a bad experience from a previous doctor the day before due to an abcess, he was a lot more caring and professional as he was also gentle. He heard me and made me feel comfortable as he was very respectful! I’ll forever recommend this place to anyone, you will feel safe, cared and heard ! Thank you to Dr.Nguyen and to Ms.Gil (receptionist) that day.
