Honestly wouldn’t come here again at all. The pleasant part about my experience was the receptionist and the doctor. They were both patient, kind and pleasant to deal with. The unpleasant part….everything else. Initially the text did not send the form for me to complete check in therefore, 4 other patients were seen before me. I didn’t mind because i believe they did had appointments and I was a walk in. However the things I do mind: The medical assistant had a demeanor as if she didn’t want to be here. Starting with my elevated blood pressure reading in which she took OVER a long sleeve sweatshirt and when I asked to remove this was told “it doesn’t matter” and to hold my hand over my chest and breathe slowly with the next reading being exactly 1 min after. However to me it does matter when you are stating my numbers are extremely high & the given range would have warranted a visit to the emergency room. She also did not introduce herself until we were in the room. The gentleman that swabbed me for Covid / flu told me it would be 10-15 minutes for the results when in actuality it was 45 minutes of me waiting before being seen by the doctor. The doctor was definitely receptive of the feedback I provided and made the visit more calming however other patients should be made aware of what they are possibly walking into. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable .

I had a great experience with low weight times and impromptu service. I felt as if I was paid highly attention to throughout the entire process. I was not sure before coming into this appointment if my nail was going to fall off, and I had to regrow a new nail, the x-ray tech as well as the PA who performed my procedure in order to suture my nail bed back into place or patient and caring throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend the this facility as the level of professionalism was outstanding.

Care Now Urgent care. Excellent care from the moment we walk through the door greeted by brittany and asked need it was able to assist with any questions. He is a great Doctor. I was so pleased with the service I received from Dr. Anzar. Very honest, empathetic, sincere, and respects you as a patient. He listens to you and does not rush you. Emma and every one of his staff is very kind and smiling.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this urgent care clinic. For nearly two months, I was treated under the assumption that I had a simple lumbar strain, despite continuing pain, physical limitations, and symptoms that suggested a more serious injury. Even while I was still undergoing evaluation and waiting for definitive diagnostic testing, there was continued pressure to return to work rather than allowing my body the time needed to heal. I was told that obtaining medical leave was extremely difficult unless I was hospitalized, despite ongoing symptoms that were affecting my daily activities and ability to work safely. When my MRI results finally came back, they revealed a bulging disc rather than the simple lumbar strain I had been treated for over the previous two months. Learning that a more significant injury had been present all along was frustrating and raised serious concerns about how my condition had been assessed and managed. What troubled me most was the apparent belief that an injured worker should only receive time off if they are hospitalized. In my opinion, that approach is both medically and morally concerning. A person can suffer a serious back or spinal injury without being admitted to a hospital, and forcing or encouraging an early return to work before a diagnosis is fully understood may place that person's health at risk. Back injuries are not something to take lightly. When a patient is experiencing ongoing pain, mobility limitations, numbness, tingling, or other symptoms, the priority should be proper diagnosis and recovery. Returning an injured person to a physically demanding workplace before they have adequately healed can potentially worsen the injury and, in some cases, contribute to long-term or permanent complications. Patients place their trust in medical providers to listen to their concerns, thoroughly investigate injuries, and make recommendations based on their health and recovery. Instead, I felt that my symptoms were minimized, my diagnosis was delayed, and my recovery was not given the priority it deserved. This experience damaged my confidence in the provider-patient relationship. Patients deserve to be heard, taken seriously, and given treatment plans that prioritize healing and safety rather than an expedited return to work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend CareNow for anyone dealing with a serious workplace injury. What was most frustrating was feeling like my symptoms were being questioned rather than fully investigated. When I reported numbness, tingling, and radiating pain consistent with nerve involvement, the focus seemed to be on disproving the possibility of nerve damage instead of determining what was actually causing my symptoms. As a patient, I expected a thorough evaluation, not assumptions before the diagnostic process was complete. Another concerning part of my experience was that after I became visibly frustrated and raised my voice during an appointment due to being in severe pain for over three months without answers or meaningful improvement, my work restrictions were subsequently reduced or removed despite my ongoing symptoms. From my perspective, this felt punitive rather than medically justified. At the time, I was still experiencing significant pain, mobility limitations, and symptoms consistent with a bulging disc and radiculopathy. I also discover that my medical records stated I had already completed my MRI when, in fact, I had not. That documentation error appears to have contributed to an additional delay of approximately two weeks before I was able to obtain the imaging that ultimately revealed a bulging disc, delaying both diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Patients deserve to have their symptoms taken seriously, especially when dealing with potential spinal injuries and nerve-related symptoms. My experience left me feeling unheard, unsupported, and concerned about the quality of care I received.

Literally The most amazing experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. The facility was clean, organized, and lovely. The staff was exceptional and so friendly. I am from out of town, travel for work and have been to plenty of urgent cares and have never had such a good experience. Emma the nurse and the provider (don’t know how to spell her name) made me feel taken care of and explained everything in ways I could understand! If you are in need of an urgent care downtown or near by, this one is IT.
