A couple of things: Their EKG and diagnosis were completely wrong and almost cost me an ambulance trip to the hospital if I hadn't decided to drive myself. Hospital EKG was completely normal. Aspirin that I was given here further complicated my actual diagnosis due to their poor machinery and/ or interpretations. During the visit, I requested an EKG specifically for chest pain and was told that that would be part of their tier 2 planning which would cost $235, which is a little extra, which I happily paid. Now almost a month later I had to call their billing department because I was charged $115 because they decided to call that EKG a tier 3 so they could make some extra money off me on the back end. The records that they keep and the system they use are in shambles. So much so that I had to spend almost an hour. Trying to figure out how to contact them about this discrepancy. Billing department told me that I had signed a document that said that extra charges could incur, but I have no recollection of anybody telling me that which means that they're banking on the fact that you're too sick to read your contract. Seems a bit scummy, possibly illegal? I'll get with my lawyer friends about that. I will say that the employees seemed very pleasant there. However, if you're in need of actual testing, I would go elsewhere. This place has every intention of taking your money in the front and sticking it to you in the back end because you made the error of being ill.

1. was told doctor will be with you momentarily…and it was a nurse practitioner. i have no problem seeing midlevels and have in the past but i was lead to believe it was a doctor that would be seeing me and it wasn’t. 2. have never had elevated bp and the machine registered a markedly elevated number to my surprise. i took a photo of the reading on the machine and was admonished for doing so by the nurse who stated “i had broken a hippa violation” when taking a photo of my blood pressure reading. i am in healthcare and that is not a hippa violation. 3. i was not informed that X-rays were not available at the facility and had to drive to another facility to get X-rays done. again a lapse in informing persons that a service was not available in case that particular service is needed. i had a musculoskeletal issue that it was very reasonable that an X-ray may be needed. and, it was needed. it was very inconvenient to have to go to another facility to get the X-rays. 4. reading my discharge paperwork, the diagnosis was reflective of a deficient assessment and physical exam. i will be asking for a partial refund.

I've been to alot of clinics since i was young but none have taken me as serious or made me feel as cared for as here. I came in at the begining of June with a busted leg after i had a bad fall down a flight of stairs. And at the time my leg was only red, the hruising hadnt even started showimg but the way i couldnt even stand on it made me come in. They were able to take me very quickly, talk me through their x ray process and noted that i had a small fracture that wasnt enough to need surgury (thank god) but that needed a medical boot. Ive never had anything close to a bad injury so i was lost on even where to look for medical equipment let alone in my bugget. They provided me with crutches, the nurses and doctor gave me great reccomendations on affordable medical boots, and everytime i've needed something from a shot to a follow up they are always so informative. Explain what i need to do from each visit, go through my paper work with me, and answer every question i have no matter how silly. And its always super appreciated 💕 thank you to all the lovely ladies at this care now location

The staff here is amazing! Super kind, attentive and professional. I was able to get on their waitlist online and fill out my paperwork online so there was minimal wait time when I arrived. In and out super quick with my prescription called over to my pharmacy. Thanks, CareNow!
