The urgent care was amazing, very caring, gentle, thorough, and they made everything very easy. The front desk associate was knowledgeable, understanding, and even made sure our insurance would cover everything before she even booked an appointment ahead of us arriving. She even ran the insurance to find out what our copay would be and what could be covered. The pediatrician on site was gentle with our boy who was so scared because he is autistic and nonverbal. She only addressed his wound and what was within his boundaries that he was comfortable with. At the end she gave him a little toy to help calm him down more and distract him. Thank you Brazos Urgent care.

My Go to urgent care! They are always quick and have you in and out. Even have alternative options for visits like telemedicine. I didn’t know about it until this weekend when the receptionist told me. The Nurse practitioner is amazing and never dismisses my issues or feelings.
My experience here was wonderful! No unnecessary delay/wait time, Nurse practitioner and nurse staffs listened and addressed all my health concerns. I felt great leaving. Thank you for your service and thanks to my spouse who referred me here.
This is my go to urgent care and I live in the Woodlands. There is no long waits and the providers take their time when you’re in the back. I’ve only ever brought my children to be seen and they are always patient and kind to them.
