This place is fantastic. I had to go see them a few times for an ongoing issue I was having. They were very professional and knowledgeable, but perhaps most importantly as a patient, they were empathetic. They called to check on me, and remembered me when I called with questions. Everything has been taken care of, and I truly feel like these people went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much for everything.

I went in yesterday 7/7/26 for a possible diagnosis of mastitis. It was after 4pm I didn’t think my ob/gyn could get me in but I should have called them. I was seen by a NP (I think that’s what he was). My signs and symptoms all pointed towards mastitis. Except I wasn’t running a fever and by breast was not red yet. However I felt like I had the flu - chills, aches and pains and then of course the very painful breast. He essentially sent me home and to keep doing comfort measures. Wake up this morning and full blown mastitis. Red and very angry breast. I’m a nurse and maybe I should have said that. I would have been happier with my experience had he prescribed me with antibiotics if it got worse and it did. I could have already been on them for 24 hours. Instead I wasted a $148 copay just to wait for 40 minutes to be seen and then sent home with just comfort measures. Do better sir. And when a patient presents with symptoms and she actually looks sick (aka like the flu) listen and learn. I wish I could get my $150 back but I know that won’t happen. I was seen today by my ob/gyn and started antibiotics asap. I would not recommend this urgent care.

Very professional & caring. Johnathan & Kyle, the manager took very good care of me. Did not get the other guys name who took vitals & exrays...he was very caring also. Highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I have been here several times over the past few years and overall, this is my go-to for when I or a family member need to be seen quickly. Their online scheduler is a great tool to ensure you get seen when you arrive without waiting too long. I deducted a star because the entry glass door advertises the location is “Physician Staffed” but the providers are usually nurse practitioners or advanced practice providers, not physicians (MDs or DOs). There is a huge difference between them in terms of training and education. On one occasion, I had a severe allergic reaction to the prescribed medication from the NP on duty at this location that I would argue would not have happened if it were an MD with a lot more in depth training who treated me. I appreciated that they allowed me to return without charge, get reassessed, and receive a different medication after the episode. The clinical support staff are typically friendly and straightforward.

i’ve been here twice now and both times i’ve had great experiences. theyve been quick to see me and gave great care. the staff, especially the doctors are so kind and understanding.
