I already felt like crap and the nurses made me feel worse because they had to do their job while I was there and they clearly weren’t happy about it. I was the only person there yet I waited 50 minutes to see the doctor. I repeated my symptoms to the nurses, the doctor, and filled in my symptoms on an online form that you’re required to sign when you get there. Not sure what the point of filling out an online form is when you have to verbally repeat several times. The nurse brought me to the back, measured/weighed me, gave me a flu and covid test. When the doctor finally came in, she had obviously just finished her lunch because she was still chewing when she came in, which everyone has to eat, but I already waited for 50 minutes, she and myself could’ve wait 30 more seconds for her to finish her food, before coming into the office to be a DOCTOR. Very unprofessional IMO. It was a 3-4 minute interaction, all for her just to tell me I have the flu. Symptoms had NOT been prevalent for 48 hours, yet the doctor wasn’t going to prescribe any medication. So I had to call back to ask for medication while sitting in the parking lot. Luckily, I had insurance so I only had to pay $50 for this horrible experience, but then another $25 for cough syrup and Tamiflu. Wouldn’t come back here. At-home flu tests should be a thing, like at home covid tests. This is a picture from their empty waiting room, describing the quality of this establishment, yet none of it is true.

NP Jose Lara was EXCEPTIONAL! His bedside care managing my 3 sick little ones was superb. Very patient, knowledgeable, and caring. The experience alone was a great reflection of his wonderful education and passion for healthcare! Fraya is such a wonderful nursing professional! She’s so patient, caring, and warm- especially when trying to run a series of tests on young kids who aren’t as willing to open their mouths lol. THIS HEALTHCARE TEAM rocks!!!! To Dillon at the front desk checking us in this morning, you made the process seamless and I knew this would be a wonderful visit because of your kindness, attentive manner, HIGH QUALITY patient care & service! (We checked in online and our lobby wait time was only about 5 minutes.) Tony, thank you for your kindness and consideration as you offered wonderful customer service helping me navigate the staff and identify everyone that we encountered today during our visit. Your patience and willingness to help echoes the culture that you all have created there at the clinic! Thank you ALL!!! ** I highly recommend this location**

My insurance suggested AFC due to it being 1.2 miles from me. This place is hands down THE best urgent care I’ve visited. Everything’s online which I love. I hate having to fill out paperwork upon arrival. With 3 people ahead of me, I was in and out in about an hour, not bad. We were offered water and a snack in the front waiting area and then again in the room. Everybody was great! Highly recommend

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. Provider J. Lara was amazing—very helpful and had me feeling better in no time. The receptionist was also fantastic; he was super attentive, polite, and made the check-in process seamless. I was in and out within the hour, and all my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed. Everything I needed was neatly organized for me before I left. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so sweet, quick, efficient, and amazing. It was storming when I got there and checked in, even loosing power! But they did everything they could to get me in and seen! Thankfully the power was quick to come back on but they were amazing and when I was seen they were quick, ran some tests, ordered some prescriptions and gave me a shot! Even got my work note. This is one of few places that actually take Am better health insurance!
