Lazer Tow was so fast and efficient! It took less than 2 hours from calling to getting towed and I was able to easily pay over the phone as I was not with the vehicle! I’ve waited before for more than four-five hours for a tow so this was lightening fast service! They even sent me pictures of my vehicle at the shop once they dropped off. Amazing company and would work with them again and recommend to family & friends! Thank you! Heather
Absolutely the best service EVER!! Car died on my way to auto zone, called my insurance who got Lazer to tow me to my mechanic shop. Within minutes I got notification that they were on their way, and when I called the office to let them know exactly where I was, the lady was so friendly and helpful and already a very good experience with Lazer Tow. The service got even better with Duke who was the driver who assisted me. I give Duke a 10 star review. He was quick, friendly, with a wonderfully cheery and peachy personality that turned a crappy, stressful, hot and rainy moment into a wonderful experience. He was caring and careful with my vehicle and made sure I was also alright. I have a small wallet and don’t keep much in it, however I’m without a doubt keeping Duke’s card in it and will recommend.
They arrived in less than a hour of my call. The driver was super amazing and we had a great conversation on the way home. I highly recommend. On 7/17/26 I had to call for tow service for another vehicle. Thankfully GEICO dispatched Lazer again. This time I had the amazing Jason and he was just as pleasant as the driver from my previous review. He arrived earlier than the ETA, tried to jump my battery and when we realized we would need to tow it to our home, he got there before we did. Highly recommend this company because they seem to take great care when they hire their drivers. Exemplary customer service.
Just had a truck towed by Lazer. They were prompt. Professional and friendly. The driver was great. Good guy. Very good at what he’s doing. I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys very much.
They were the most affordable offer I got, they were so prompt. Bill on the phone was to the point but cordial. I booked it and he let my parents call to pay over the phone, with no complaints. They sent out a driver named Duke, who was incredibly nice. He got my car where it needed to be and got it boarded in no time. I live on a very busy street and he didn't mind at all and even handled a karen with no driving skills, very professionally. It was such a painless experience. I'd recommend this company to anybody.
