As long as you don't use Ly Vu's team, all should be fine. My closing was late because of her and she became upset with my family because of something SHE did. Beautiful office, nice receptionist "Cee Cee", but she, Ly Vu, was the only negative piece of my deal. I'll encourage builders to RUN if she's assigned to your file.
I have worked with Angelica and her team multiple times. Christi and Amanda are always amazing at everything they do. Never had to wait for answers on any of my files. Angelica always took time to make sure everyone was on the same page so we had a smooth closing. Love her and the communication she instills in the people she works with. Cece at front desk is so sweet and always helps directing me to the right person as well. Such a great asset to have as you walk in with a warm smile. Hands down best closing experience in Houston!
Ly and Lauren are the absolute best in the Houston area for any type of real estate closing! We recently worked through a very hectic, complicated closing involving a number of heirs and the Riverway team handled the whole situation professionally and with ease.
