Had such a great experience with this title company! The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled so quickly from start to finish. Communication was clear, everything was organized, and they made what can usually feel stressful incredibly easy. We had a great experience working with this title company. The entire process was handled very efficiently and professionally from beginning to end. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was organized, timely, and stress-free. They made the closing process smooth and easy, and it was clear they genuinely cared about delivering a great customer experience. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional title company.
Offices are beautiful and great service. The only problem we had was with our notary. She was filling in for the main notary but she hadn’t worked in the field for a while. She kept giving me paperwork to sign that belong to my husband. She didn’t know the places that she needed to sign. Our realtor kept telling her what to do and made us feel scared and uncomfortable that the transaction was going to be filed correctly. Luckily, the manager stepped in and she handled the transaction and corrected the everything. However, we spent 3 1/2 hrs there.
I just had my first closing with Patten and I can say it was EXTREMELY a smooth closing. The entire team did an excellent job from communication to staying on top of the file. THANK YOU! I'm so glad that I was introduced to Patrick as well; he has been a great support system!
Just closed on a transaction with Patten Title and they were excellent! They kept us updated and responsed very quickly to any questions we had throughout the process - even when there were some delays on the lending side they were patient and thorough! Would definitely use them again!
