Buying my first home should have been an exciting experience for my wife and I. I was very disappointed in the communication through out this entire process on top of the fact that on the day of closing the title office was taking pictures of everyone else who signed on there new home and completely didn’t pay any attention to making it exciting for my wife and I after we finished signing paperwork. The loan officer we also had which was Kerry did a poor job at responding back to any email that was sent to her as well as any phone calls or text messages. The Lennar neighborhood my wife and I moved into in Huffman which has nothing but new homes is also infested with Asian cockroaches that Lennar will not take any responsibility on. This will be my last Lennar home I’ll ever buy.

I had 3 Closings closed by Escrow officer Marie Guerrero, her efficiency and professionalism throughout the whole process are Amazing, Excellent. I was even more impressed after the closing She follow up for my brokerage commission payment post and paid my brokerage accurate without any error even though I made an error on my own CDA, I was totally surprised how accurate she was and her communication skills are very clear, attention to details, Timeliness, MANY THANKS MARIE, You made me feel so confident and will looking forward to work with Lennar title in the future, You are a superior Escrow officer of Lennar. you are remembered Marie. My first time home buyer experience was the greatest with the loan officer Pia. She is very professional and excellent at what she does. Her communication was exceptional and I was never blindsided or confused when things started moving at different pace It was a pretty smooth process and I don’t think I’ve ever been more satisfied with the outcome.

On December 31, 2024, at 9:17 AM, the lady at the front desk was unfriendly. The lender was sending flowers to their client at closing to congratulate them on their new home. We delivered over 100 titles, and this is the only title company that has been unwelcoming. The client was already sitting on the couch, but she falsely claimed they were not there yet. This behavior is unprofessional and unwelcoming. We have had two bad experiences with this lady every time we delivered flowers. Why complicate things? The main goal should be to help your client, ensuring that everyone is happy.

Today I moved into my new home and it was with the help of Lisa Villalobos. There was a misunderstanding initially with my closing costs and she was able to handle it promptly and professionally ! I was very happy with the outcome and she did great work today.
