Visited the Bendigo store on the recommendation of our builder to select tiles for a commercial fit out. Arrived early in the morning, store was empty and the sales lady was leaning up against the office wall at the rear of the store talking to someone else. Looked around and ignored me a couple of times which was fine, as I wanted to browse prior to ordering, however after I selected a couple of floor and wall tile samples, I stood there and waited, then waited a little more. She had zero interest in helping me, and only when the phone rang she peeled herself off the wall and went to answer it instead, walking straight past me!!! Went around to Beaumont tiles, found a similar selection and ordered required quantities and paid for on the spot. The team couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Anyways, lots of places in town sell tiles if they actually want too, National Tiles just wasn’t interested in this day!
10/10 recommend! Not only its the carpet excellent quality, it's gorgeous and has made such a difference to our home. The process was SO QUICK and easy to do and very affordable. I also wanted to thank your installers for doing a fabulous job, if you didn’t notice the different carpet you wouldn’t have known they were here as they were extremely clean.

When I originally rang Bendigo National tiles I was flustered and frustrated after a terrible experience at the Shepparton franchise. As soon as I rang Bendigo Carlee was instantly helpful, warm and kind offering solutions and excellent style advice along with honouring the online sale. My tiles arrived with the correct amounts, extremely fast and with great service from the entire Bendigo team. Thank you again Carlee!!
