Firstly, our floor looks fantastic. These guys know saltillo. The communication left a little to be desired. There were massive gaps in time between the initial order, preparation, and installation that weren't really explained. Dates would move around and we weren't really told what was going on. Only that there had been delays. We were very rarely given updates unless we asked for them. The invoices were given often at 11pm or later the night before they were expecting payment, which we managed to accommodate but could understand other people not being able to. Mostly, we didn't like not being given a firm timeline of when certain steps of the process would be done and not being updated when there were delays. As long as you're not in a time crunch and can deal with sparse communication, I would definitely recommend.

Let me start by saying our home renovation would not have happened if it were not for Alex. She has helped me and held my hand for our entire renovation project. Really the whole family has been so helpful. We purchased a Spanish style house that needed a full gut. We bounced so many ideas off of them and they had even better suggestions! We purchased floor Saltillo tile, counter tops, accent tiles, stair tiles all through pyramid. It was great when I was panicked to have a local place to go. If they didn't have it in stock then they were able to quickly order it for me. Hands down we recommend pyramid!

Our new floors are just gorgeous! We worked primarily with Guillermo and BC, Jr; both are professional and deliver fantastic work. They explained the process of installing the new tile and answered all of our questions. They completed the floors per the timeline outlined. They were great at communicating when they would do the next step of the installation. I am so glad that we chose this company to install our new floors and would not hesitate to choose them again in the future!

I hired this company to remove and install new tile on my back porch. They were completive in price to other quotes and they did a great job within the amount of time they said they would do it. They installed over 500 sqf of antique Saltillo Tiles.

Was not open during posted business hours and only one parking space available while the few street parking spots were filled with business' vehicles. Did not answer phone during business hours.
