Tennison were the estate agents managing the sale of the flat we recently purchased. As first time buyers we were naturally cautious and had a lot of questions but Peter and the team at Tennisons were fantastic. I’ve been a very happy client of Tennison property for 7 years - first as a landlord and more recently as a seller. Tennison has unparalleled local knowledge and operates with the highest level of integrity and great client service, which means doing what’s right for both sides - and saying it as it is - even if it’s not what you want to hear. They have been able to secure great tenants and rent levels in line with the market and I’ve had a total of ~10 days without tenants over the 7 years. I recently decided to sell the property, and the sales team turned out to be just as competent - they helped find a buyer in a tricky market - within the timescales I was looking for and have been super supportive and responsive throughout the sales process. Tennison is a great choice if you rate genuinely local knowledge over lofty rent/sales price promises and glossy brochures (although their advertising material is great too!).
