I have been a tenant in a property managed by Ted Hoskins for over 2 years now and could not be happier. Emilia is professional, proactive always very quick to respond to any queries and just overall easy and pleasant to communicate with. As a smaller, family-run, boutique agency you can really feel the personal touch and difference in the level of customer service. I lived in an apartment managed by Ted Hoskins and I communicated directly with Emilia about anything related to the property. From the beginning, everything was managed very well, and any concerns or repairs taken seriously and dealt with. I was very happy with the apartment itself, and would have stayed if I wasn't moving in with my partner. Emilia was always quick to respond, easy to talk to but always professional. If I was looking to rent in the future, I would be happy to use Ted Hoskins again, I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
Just moved out of a flat Emilia manages, and she’s been awesome. Everything was super easy from the start. She’s really quick to respond and always ready to help if anything comes up. I have rented with Ted Hoskins for more than 6 years and I’ve never had any issues. They are a small business so they know their clients personally, which is much nicer than with the big agencies. Emilia is lovely and she is always available on WhatsApp if I need anything urgent. I’d totally recommend them.
