Too bad there isn’t a six star option, my good friend recommended Ralphi to me and she was amazing, super nice, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. She gave me all the right information I needed and more. She helped me get the most, literally! I'm definitely coming back. She just made me feel so welcomed, she provided the best customer service! Been coming here for a few years now, I referred my parents here now they come here as well. I usually ask for Ralphi but if she’s busy I go to anyone who is available. They all give great customer service and are very helpful. I highly recommend this place.
I think this is my fifth time getting my taxes done at Top Dollar. Great customer service from the time you walk-in and out. Ralphi was extremely helpful and super friendly. She answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely will be coming back next year.
Came for the first time this weekend and will come here loyally from now on. Zaira helped my husband and I with our taxes and was so helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and gave us wonderful advice on my husband's business and purchasing a home without us even having to ask. She said that The Top Dollar family want their clients to grow in all areas of life and I loved that. Definitely recommend!
