Amazing! You have options to do an ‘in person’ or ‘virtual’ appointment. I did a virtual appointment due to freezing weather and not wanting to take my baby outside. Super convenient if you have kids. Everything was easy and didn’t take long. Batrice was so professional and kind. Felt as if I was speaking to someone I knew for a long time. Very welcoming. Highly recommend! 😊
This was my first year as a tax professional under Taxes by her and she made it the most frustrating experience ever. She’s ignored my texts, promised my clients vacation vouchers they never got, and was just flat out unprofessional during this whole process. Highly do not recommend.
I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her clients. You can tell she has a deep understanding of tax law and stays up to date with everything, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled correctly.
