I had the worst experience at this place, they massed up not one not two but three time doing my taxes and I ended up having a balance due waited for about 3 months to received the letter free m the IRS but it never came in, so I decide to call the IRS turns out they never received my file, because they never sent it. For two days in a row I kept calling their phones left several messages and they never answer my calls or got back to me.

This place is awesome. I have been coming here for many years. These people are So smart and intelligent in doing taxes. I love that they are so helpful. I love that the keep a file of my documents in case anything happens. The wait is never too long because the have a good amount of workers. The owner comes out and answers any questions anyone has and is always on standby. This place has been around for many years. This place is a part of Houston History. Seriously. You can't go wrong when you do your taxes here. Once you walk in the door they will great you and ask you how can we help you? Please if you haven't done your taxes stop by. Thank you.

I was referred here by a friend of mine and Im happy I called them. Very professional, very fast, and always respond in a quick manner. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back same day with answers and will continue to do business with them in the future as customer service and promptness matters most to me.
