I just had one of O’Connor’s concierges, Lance, come out to help me identify issues in my home that can be helpful in getting my taxes lowered. He was very congenial and professional in explaining what can and cannot be used. He also took photos that he will submit to possibly help with reducing my taxes further next year. This concierge service is a completely free service and I used it last year also at tax reduction time arrived as I was having to deal with serious medical issues here and had no time for submitting anything help out. We’ve used O’Connor for 8-10 years, I think and because of their continued efforts to keep our taxes as low as possible, I will certainly continue to do so.
