I have been going here for over 10yrs, and Jessica is great with all the paper work. So organized. Her staff that she hires is always so polite and professional just like her. You can tell the staff are really there for their customers. Wonderful customer service! Definitely recommend!

I was struggling with a huge $17K IRS balance due. Mr. Galvez worked with my tax situation. He was able to catch us up on our past due business returns and reduced my balance due to a couple of thousand dollars. He helped me out of a serious jam.

We tried working with Axel Barron and took weeks to explain his tax return situation. Mr Barron is upset because he does not understand how the refund process works and that the EIP 3 payment is sent by the IRS. We bent over backwards to work with his financial situation since had multiple years unfiled and multiple issues to deal with. In addition, we helped him avoid thousands of dollars in late penalties and interest. He still has additional funds coming from the IRS. We took time an effort to work his case and not everyone has the patience to deal with the lengthy process that the pandemic has created. We explained his case and met with him multiple times to handle delinquencies with the IRS.
