If you plan on getting your taxes filed at this establishment, beware. Randy has filed my taxes, and I have not received a tax refund. He makes promises and doesn’t follow through. He filed my taxes and pocketed the money. He doesn’t care about his customers. He cares about how much money he can get out of them.

First time working with Jasmine from elite express tax services after a friend referred me and her performance was outstanding! Fast and professional service. Jasmine answered all my questions in a timely manner. She really made my tax filing season a breeze and with the largest refund to top it off. I didn't even know I qualified for certain tax credits and with her expertise I was able to receive my largest refund to date. Definitely returning for all my tax needs. It's been a pleasure to work with someone with such a passion for thier work and clients.

Hands down the best service I have had with a tax service in years. They are very professional, attentive and timely. Anytime I have questions they always have an answer. I have been going to the same person every year and this was my first time in over 5 years doing something different and I don’t regret it. Sade helped me through every step. She was very detailed and had excellent customer service. She made the decision to do something different very easy and I will be going back to her next year.

I’d like to start by vehemently stating that there has never been a company I’ve wanted to give ZERO stars to more than Elite Express Tax Services of Houston, Texas. I was recommended to complete my taxes with their tax preparer, Randy Weber. Going through with this recommendation was a terrible mistake. I reached out to Randy in early March and I am STILL, over 2 months later, living through the waking nightmare he has provided me in exchange for using his services. Randy is, in my opinion, downright horrible at effective communication. He responds to questions and concerns with bone-dry, vague responses. He did not ever reach back out to me in a timely fashion, and on top of that, he filed my taxes incorrectly! I am ashamed to have worked with Randy, and I am embarrassed to have put my trust in his and Elite Express’s services. At the end of the day, I thought I was helping a small business gain another client, but it truly seems that I have just been scammed and made to look like a fool. ***DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY’S TAX SERVICES.*** I would absolutely hate to see another person get screwed over like I did. Awful experience and absolutely unprofessional. Hopefully someone sees this before it gets deleted/hidden again.
