I have been renting a flat for 5 years now from Tate Residential. Natalia helped me sign a contract. Throughout all these years, I am very satisfied with her work! I have had a very good experience with renting from Tate Residential. They were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Natalia was always quick to respond to all of our questions and made sure that any problems with the house were always sorted out immediately! I am currently a tenant with Tate and my property manager (Natalia) is brilliant. When we moved in, some of the rooms needed repainting and we needed a new hoover - she quickly got in touch with the landlord and had this approved. Any time we have any expenses that need reimbursed, she is super quick to make sure this gets back to us ASAP. We moved into the flat shortly after the height of the lockdown and from first contacting Tate, they were quick, pleasant, and took any stress away (which is rare in property!). We really feel that Tate gets the balance right between taking care of tenants and making sure landlords are happy - far more than many big property companies, which often fail on one or both of those accounts. Would definitely recommend!
