A big thank you to Melinda in the deli who went above and beyond to help me find my phone which I had misplaced. She tried calling it and left a text message on it asking if it was found to return to the store, then once I had left she asked the staff to keep an eye out for it. Thank you also to the front desk staff who were also very helpful. So much appreciated. Phone has been found and crisis averted 🥵
Writing this as I sit in my car having already waited more than 30mins to pick up my direct to boot order AGAIN, and I’m only half way through the line! This is consistently the slowest direct to boot service I’ve ever used. And why is there only ever 1 person working?!! Absolute garbage service! I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this is honestly ridiculous. Management needs to staff this better!! End rant.
Just pay your staff the extra penalty rate to do nightfill!!!!!!!! Customers can't shop in peace. Can't even stop your trolley to look at something. Have to keep moving in single file or the customers behind you start banking up because they can't pass for the pallets and boxes and cages stacked up along every aisle and thoroughfare in the shop. Pick a better time for restock, not when people are on their way home from work, and get real......your store was busy!!!!! You provide such a crap shopping experience now by doing this and your poor staff cop the brunt of the very rightly annoyed customers who are trying to shop on a budget, are in a hurry and can't do their weekly shop properly. Furthermore it's a safety issue and an obstacle course of trip hazards. Up there for thinking Woolworths Golden Square.
Go early? No fresh bread.....Asked and got told they didnt make any today.....what?! That is a basic essential and if you cant have that on your shelf then reduce the price of the shittier bread that costs >$5 to match to make up for the sadness i am having to eat.
Good selection & plenty of parking...variety stores around woolies to have a look with food court
