I quit going to Outback when they changed to frozen steak. If they still do I couldn’t tell. The flavor and juices are there. This restaurant has had a remodel done years ago after we quit going here and it actually looks nice. The server and bus boys are great, and at this time when people seem to not care about their job it does not seem like that here. I would come back and rate this very high from a person who has been in food service for over 25 years. Worth the money and would be great to see the manager walk the tables like the other steakhouses do.
We went there last Saturday night, May 15 and it was such an enjoyable experience.The wait was a little long, but it was graduation time so we kind of understood that but the service was amazing and the manager Jade absolutely did her job to the max, Thomas and Kyle were excellent servers above and beyond what their position calls for and the food was amazing. We frequent restaurants quite often. Lately the quality of food has not been good, but your food was above and beyond delicious.
We got the battered chicken mashed potatoes and broccoli with delivery. The chicken was moist and tender and really tasty the broccoli was cooked perfectly with just a slight crunch the potatoes balanced everything. Our delivery came right on time and the food was hot. Great job everybody!
I went to lunch with my wife and family friend. The waiter, an older man, quickly came to the table and announced he was a little behind due to a couple of large tables and he appeared frazzled by these activities. He took the drink orders, came back quickly with the sodas but took a little longer to bring my beer over. He took the food orders , and the food came out quickly - by another person, not our waiter- and the food was good. What is shocking is our waiter never returned to our table. Never came over to ask if everything was ok. Never came over to fill my wife’s soda glass. Never came over to ask if I wanted another beer. Never came over to ask if we wanted any dessert. When we were ready to leave I got up and asked another stunned employee to check out. As we were leaving the original waiter appeared and said sorry, they were short handed. I was thinking about and I would have to say out of the 50 years I have been going to restaurants that would have to be the worst service ever, since the service was non existent.
Very dim lit restaurant. We got there around 8:30pm so it wasn’t too busy but there were many tables that needed to be cleaned up around us. The food was pretty good. We loved the blooming shrimp. I personally enjoyed the baked potato. I ordered my steak medium but it was served medium well.
