Thrive therapy has been so wonderful! My son has made so much progress in such little time! Leigh is so kind and patient. My son asks and looks forward to his speech visits.
We’ve been using thrive speech therapy for 6 months now, and I couldn’t recommend them more! They are very knowledgeable and truly passionate about working with kids. My son has made incredible progress with his therapist Katelyn. The office is also very organized and helpful with anything you need. I definitely recommend this speech therapy group to help your child succeed!
My 11yo son has been receiving speech therapy from Thrive for a year now and his improvement has been really significant! His speech therapist is really a great therapist who is also sweet and understanding and kind and was able to help with my son’s aggressiveness by helping him communicate more of his feelings and needs. He has nonverbal autism but can now speak a sentence of 4+ words from just uttering 2-syllable words at the start of his therapy last year. His is also calmer now and his therapist has helped a lot with not just speech but sensory regulation.
Great therapists and my son loved attending! He is now meeting all his milestones and was able to be discharged. They also recommended a visit to ENT to evaluate his hearing, which his primary physician never mentioned.
I see why my child's speech therapist left this company they are HORRIBLE if you're made of money and want to be treated like a customer not a patient (literally, their phone message when you call says "CUSTOMER satisfaction is our top priority!") then this is the speech therapist for you! you're REQUIRED to have a credit card on file so they can bill you IMMEDIATELY and INCORRECTLY and then NOT TELL YOU. Even if you've met the insurance deductible, have secondary insurance, or the therapist DOESNT SHOW UP TO YOUR CHILDS SCHOOL AND DOES NOT TELL YOU they will bill you!!!! Helen who answers the phone will give you a fake email so you cant send the correct insurance, their supervisor will mansplain how a doctors appointment works on the phone, and you'll go in circles for months about who they're in network with because god forbid you have secondary insurance with medicaid who picks up copays, NOT HERE! great speech therapists but again if you're rich sure please take your child here, they'll make no progress and you'll have 70$ sessions and 200$ evaluations once a year. I really feel like a satisfied customer of this delusional Healthcare system that thrive speech therapy LOVES to profit on.
