Jean is amazing! My 9 month old was only able to nurse. She wasn’t able to drink anything from a straw and refused bottles no matter what was in it. After just a couple months she’s totally on her own! I dont have to go to her school at lunch to feed her anymore and she can drink without spitting it out! Jean made us feel heard and confirmed we were on the right path doing the right things. She helped us find tools to help my girl learn to drink and gave us strategies to use too. So blessed we found Jean!
Jean has been instrumental in helping our food adverse and very picky girl become a more confident and curious eater. Jean's engaging personality and play brings out the best in our girl and encourages her to do something new almost every visit! Jean is direct, honest, thoughtful, and dedicated to her clients. We have been amazed at our little one's progress since we have been working with her. TCH even told us that if we were seeing Jean there wasn't anything more to do for us -- because she is the best of the best (we knew it already). We have worked on speech with Jean as well. I can't say enough good things about Jean and what a difference she has made to our family and our little one -- who is so excited to see Jean every time she comes. I truly cannot say enough good things about Jean @Little Eater’s and Talkers. When we first started, our daughter was struggling significantly with feeding, losing weight, and we were facing the very real possibility of needing a feeding tube. She helped us work through bottle aversion and guided us step-by-step through introducing solids with so much knowledge, patience, and compassion. She was always caring, supportive, and available to talk me through the many stressful moments and fears surrounding calorie intake and feeding. Her reassurance and expertise got our family through one of the hardest seasons of our lives. Because of her, we were able to avoid a feeding tube, and now our daughter is thriving — eating solids, trying all different kinds of foods, and growing beautifully. We truly could not have gotten through this first year without her, and we are forever grateful for the impact she has had on our daughter and our family.
Jean was amazing with my son. She has completely changed his (and ours) relationship with food. She helped him overcome anxiety about trying new foods and taught him tactics that will help him continue to grow as an amazing eater throughout his life. We are so incredibly thankful for Little Eaters and Talkers!
Jean was amazing with our daughter Isabella. At an early age we could tell Izzy would struggle with food because she wasn’t even taking her hands to her mouth like most infants do. Jean helped us so much in a critical developmental period 8 months to 1.5 years. Our daughter 3 now eats everything !
