Cole therapists really care! They work consistently with your child to make sure they are getting the best care possible! Reaching goals is their priority!
No need for anyone to apologize for the "less than great" experience they seem to try and make excuses for! A few rotten apples make the whole basket look bad! They will disappoint you in the most unprofessional manner.
I absolutely recommend this place! The entire team is incredibly helpful and kind. I want to give a special shout-out to Dulce and therapist Hauke . My mother brings my child to her sessions, and since she only speaks Spanish, having Dulce there to interpret has made such a difference. It’s truly amazing to see my mother feel comfortable and understood if she has any questions regarding the session Thank you, Dulce, for bridging that gap and providing such a supportive experience! Therapist Hauke work really shows in my daughter thank you both.
Love love love not only the therapist, but the staff as well. Allison and April are always extremely nice to my son and always have a good attitude. They make each client feel like an individual definitely recommend, my son has been attending this therapy for 3 years, And he is very happy!!!!
Made a appointment a month ahead of time, my son appointment was at 1pm I arrived at 12:30 and was told my appointment was automatically canceled because it wasn’t “confirmed” never experience anything like this. My child has a speech issue this matter is urgent…but all I can do is wait another 2 3 weeks for another appointment. Disappointing I took off work today for nothing.
