We had an amazing couples massage! They made our honeymoon extra special with a thoughtful sign, had us complete a detailed preference survey, and truly followed it by focusing on the areas we circled and avoiding the ones we marked off. They even surprised us with ice cream afterward. I chose a combo massage, and my therapist was magic. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews about therapists climbing on the table, it was exactly what I wanted to work out years of tension. She asked for my consent multiple times and made it clear I could say no at any point. My wife's therapist was equally attentive, checking in often to make sure the light pressure she requested stayed comfortable. As a gay couple, we felt genuinely welcomed, affirmed, and cared for. Highly recommend!

Christina is amazing! She's professional, quick, and incredibly efficient. She can recreate just about any nail design you show her, and the results always turn out beautiful. The salon itself is gorgeous with a clean, minimal aesthetic that makes the whole experience relaxing. Highly recommend Lava Day Spa!

Vivi did my massage and it was such a comforting and soothing experience. Hawaii was raining that day and I had nothing to do, so decided to have my first ever massage. The location is at 25th floors, so the view was also great. From head to toes, I felt like every muscle was relieved and stretched. They also gave us soft serve at the end for free. For the three of us, the adjusted the type of massage depending on how we reacted, I did the oil press one (油压） because I wasn’t very resistant to a lot of force. Overall, great experience! Will recommend it to everyone who comes to Oahu.

My sister and I had our first spa/ massage experience here. We got the couples "calm" package so we could share a room. Yiyi and Lulu were very attentive and patient, checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. Our favorite part was the scalp massage and heat mask. So relaxing we almost fell asleep! Would highly recommend and was worth every penny!

I've been coming to Lava since 2020 for my nails, lashes, and massages, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! The whole vibe is so calming and welcoming and it always feels like a little self-care escape. Christina has done such an amazing job creating such a warm, inviting space, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. She is such a thoughtful and intentional business owner! Melissa is an incredible lash tech! She's so sweet, pays attention to every little detail, and my lashes always look perfect. I always leave feeling relaxed, happy, and they’ve truly become my friends. If you're looking for a place that consistently delivers great service, I definitely recommend Lava!
