We have a terrible pigeon problem on our street and they love our panel array. Pacific Panel cleaners installed cages around our panels, and do a fantastic job cleaning them. Because of our huge pigeon issue, we have them cleaned twice a year. Fantastic team from the office to the guys on the roof. Great company!

The whole experience from the beginning talking with Neeka for quotes and told her exactly what our problem was, 1 inverter not working Doug and his team was so professional and explained everything in detail. I appreciate the pictures that was sent after the job was completed and they spoke with our Solar company to assure everything is working. We're so happy we contacted Pacific Panels which they were highly recommended We want to also sign up for annual maintenance Mahalo to Pacific Panels Cleaners

PPC has been a great asset. We have a bird issue and they explained their solution with care and answered all of my questions. They then came back and cleaned our pannels. We got a fare price, a polite crew and the process was done quickly. They explained all of the costs before hand and nothing was unexpected. We scored a full report and are able to show our pv installers what needs to be repaired on their end. This is a fantastic company to have on our team!!

Excellent service. Repair reps were prompt, quick, and professional. Great work by Patrick and Doug, replaced solar panels that blew off during the recent Kona storms. Highly recommended.

I Called Pacific Panel Cleaner because I have used them in the past at our Commercial Facilities and they have always been professional and were consistently dilligent in figuring out the Problem weather it was the Inverter or a few problem panels that were defective. I called them this time for my house, as our Power bill had jumped several hundred dollars recently. They dispatched a technician, Examined the system and submitted a report that the Inverter was not working, complete with Photos of the error reports. Their recommendation was to replace the Inverter, which they were not able to locate on the market- new or secondary. They referred us to an Electrician to replace the inverter as they are better equipped to do the electrical work. I thank Fred Brooks and his team for getting us pointed in the right direction again.
