The Information I received throughout this process was top tier! TriSMART followed up and responded to all my emails and questions. I was offered MicroGrid and this program seemed too good to be true. I looked at getting a generator for the outages before but with this program, I received 80 kWH of backup storage from the batteries. I received all the Solar Panels and batteries with absolutely no out of pocket charge. TriSMART also became my electric provider and my cost for power and this program each month combined are less than $100 per month as a fixed rate. I received my first payment and the credits and discounts that came with this program actually were applied immediately. I am happy to recommend this company! The installation process was smooth and only took 2 days. Each time I call my representative I always get a response. I highly suggest looking into MicroGRID as the program and TriSMART as the solar panel installation company to everyone!
There was no option for Zero stars. This company is horrible. I don’t leave nasty reviews like some people over small things like “my fries were cold” but to help others avoid doing bus loaned with these people I could not refrain. Its cost me thousands of dollars already and the system isn’t even finished being installed. Let me explain…they put the panels up and the batteries in the garage in under two weeks. That was in July of 2025, the 10th to be exact. Second portion of installation scheduled for Aug 21st I believe, cancelled, took a day off work for this, rescheduled for September, took off work again, cancelled, rescheduled for Oct 21st, they cancel again, and yes I had taken off work again. And today Nov 19…they didn’t just flat out cancel…that said they didn’t have materials. And yes I told the day off work again. I am in sales and everyday you sit at home you don’t make money. So those five days I’ve taken off cost money, and the fact I was told I would never have a bill over $XXX dollars starting in August…well all those hot summer months I had inoperable panels on my roof. Get solar just get it from anyone else but these people.
For the most part the company is easy to work with. There was some confusion and delays during our installation due to operations manager roles switching to a new person. Other than that it went smoothly.
Do NOT use this company. They have completely ghosted me since installing my system. My system is NOT FUNCTIONING, and I have reached out in every way to try and get a response. The only response I have gotten from them is from a salesman trying to sell me on a sneaky loan for a battery system for over $100K ... they've been plenty responsive texting me and sending me loan documents to sign almost every day, but they say they completely ghost me when I ask someone to come look at my EXISTING system that I already paid thousands of dollars to be installed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Prove me wrong, TriSMart. Call me. I've called you. You have my info.
I've been trying to get in contact with this company for several months now. I've called many times at many different hours of the day and when I call the automated message always tells me that I'm "position 1 in the queue". But somehow they never pick up the phone. Then after 10 mins or so it hangs up and tells me to write an email so they can get back to me at some point. So I did, and they take 24 days to respond to the email only to ask if I still needed help! Do they think that I'd be able to fix the wiring myself?? I wouldn't have tried so hard to contact them if I could do it on my own. After telling them that I still needed help they ignored me for 2 months and sent a technician who said they needed to order some parts and 28 of the 32 panels they installed no longer work. The only return visit they made is when the technician forgot his ladder and had to come pick it up. It's been 3 months and they haven't responded back with me. I've already made several payments on these panels while they've been broken for atleast 8 months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
