Omar Farooq was able to assist me in technical support for my unit over the phone. We got disconnected several times and he made sure to call me back and confirm that the solar system was fully operational before closing out my case number. I appreciated his effort and patience during the process and it saved me alot of money. I had to call in 3 different times and was not followed up with by other representatives before I got connected with him which is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.
Price is important, but knowing your solar provider will stand behind their work (and not go out of business!), is great piece of mind. Samir and the SolarSME team worked with me to throughout to repair some damage. We have been very happy with our experience dealing with SolarSME. Thanks again!

Our original battery installation had wall connections issues. Solar SME project coordinator Rayan Shuja promptly and professionally managed the repair in a timely manner.
The installation of our solar panels from Solar SME, Inc. was flawless. Helping to coordinate the installation and final details were Daniel Reed, & Levon Saryan. The day of installation, everybody showed up on time and ready to work. The crew worked very hard in the hot sun and got 51 panels installed on our house very quickly. All the materials were on-site and ready to go. Kudo's to both Daniel & Saryan for making this installation run smooth. They answered any and all concerns we had, I would use Solar SME, Inc again in a heartbeat.
