I have used this company for 2 years and have not had any problems with service or customer service. My power has never gone out despite any storm or outages. My bill has remained steady and affordable and they have made cancellation of service a breeze a huge thank you for daniel P who assisted me and was very kind and thorough. I highly recommend this company if I wasnt moving i would have kept the service . Much cheaper than txu and other competitors

Had a great start of my relationship with Rhythm after Chris in Billing transferred me to Marco to discuss plans and options. This was overall an incredible and customer-focused experience which I was so grateful for, I also saved so much on my bills, and the savings over the year are really quite good!
