Avoid! March-April I had to contact the lender and State to get these guys to move. The system still does not export or use the battery. Energy Sage has dropped them. Feb Update Almost a year in and these guys have stolen $2000 from us. Claimed it was needed for extra equipment and work, then didn't deliver on it. Swear will refund and nothing. Jan Update Well, we have moved to the being full on lied to phase. Sign the loan docs to release the funds or no tax credit paperwork. What paperwork? System still has not passed inspection, and we can't get an inspector back onsite until after the holiday. I am now demanding a plan of action with concrete milestones as communication is basically non existent except about money. Oh, the grounding fix is bare copper wire run to tent pegs. I will add a picture. Dec Update The system has now failed inspection twice. Once for grounding, and we are waiting for the report on today's failure. They still want me to sign and release the payment, the claim is that it is complete...not until it passes. Original. We started working with Integrate Sun to install solar at our home in April of 2025. We ran into one delay after another with this company. Communication has been poor, and at one point we had all the equipment except the battery, simply sitting in the garage because it just showed up. We had initially expected install in July, then August, then they forgot to order the battery and it was sold out until Nov. They needed more money to bring in a crane (they didn't), they needed us to cover the cost to remove a generator panel (they didn't), and so on. A couple weeks back a few guys showed up and installed everything over three days (4 to 6 hour estimate), one said he was an electrician. They left trash everywhere, broke a Comcast box on the side of my house, and I am still finding screws and wire all over. Following install they asked me to sign the financing document saying the install is complete. I said no, not until we pass inspection and they address the extra funds. Today that system failed inspection. A bare lose wire could electrify the main cut off box, nothing grounded, generator panel still there, and they never even got to the panels. There is no plan, they have jeapordized the tax credit, and now I'm talking to the state AG office. We have the paper trail.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish—Avoid! ​If you are considering IntegrateSun for your solar needs, save yourself the headache, the lost time, and the financial strain. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. ​From the beginning, their communication was completely unprofessional. Getting a straight answer or a timely update out of anyone was nearly impossible. The most stressful part was the installation timeline. They repeatedly delayed the installation of my 11.50 kW system, pushing it all the way to the absolute last possible day to qualify for the solar tax credit. Their sheer incompetence jeopardized my entire refund process and caused an immense amount of unnecessary anxiety. ​You would think that after barely scraping by the installation deadline, they would expedite getting the system operational. Instead, they dragged their feet on the final steps. Because of their continuous delays in coordinating the final approvals with Duke Energy to actually turn the system on, I was forced to pay two separate electric bills. I was essentially paying for a useless set of panels sitting on my roof while still paying my standard, full-priced utility costs. ​When I confronted them about this—and detailed the countless hours I wasted constantly following up just to get them to do their jobs—they flat-out refused to offer any compensation for my lost time or the duplicate electric bills caused by their negligence. ​The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and total disregard for their customers' financial well-being is staggering. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Rocky start with issues with system being too big for grid/transformer in the local area. Utility approval was hard to get with weeks waiting between submitting redesigns with issues filing the paperwork. I basically had to step in to push the project along with the utility and ask the utility what will it take to get approval. Eventually had to modify design to include batteries. Aryan Lee finally took over and got the project moving along a lot quicker. Once we got approval, there were delays with procurement as there was a lot of demand. At one point, we got another projects panels before we had utility approval. They had to send someone to pick those up and redeliver those panels. Once we got our correct panels we were scheduled for install which took 2 days to finish. A team had to come back out to fix a couple issues from inspection. Also, had lots of issues with the Powerwall 3 which likely was a dud. Fortunately, it wasn't difficult to have the install team come out to troubleshoot and repair the system. Unfortunately, had to spend the last several months with intermittent solar generation with the problematic Powerwall 3, it took about a couple of months before it just died. Eventually they got the replacement Powerwall 3 installed. Its been almost a year between initial quote from Solar Sage and PW3 replacement. Although the timeline has been way past original estimates, the original quote was quite competitive for cost per watt. I ended up paying more with changes but got a decent price for what the system has. Overall a long road to get to here but eventually came out great with Aryan Lee as project manager.

I was looking for a family owned solar company and had such a great experience working with IntegrateSun. From the start, their team was very responsive and easy to talk to, and they really took the time to walk me through everything without making it feel overwhelming. You can genuinely feel how much they care about the people they work with. It never felt like I was just another customer. They were patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly puts their customers first.

Despite delays and hiccups along the way, Integrate Sun persisted and installed our 137 panel system. As I’m sure is common with solar in general, there are issues here and there, but Faris always comes to the rescue and makes any needed adjustments and repairs. He is easy to work with and very communicative. Jason, our most recent technician was very dedicated to making sure our system is working efficiently and correctly - we appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, we are satisfied with our system. Especially since we now feel we’ve found the proper solar buyback company.
