Houston Solar Energy did a great job installing the solar at my business. They were very well priced, and the customer service was above and beyond. Very timely responses to all my messages. They even identified a solar panel that was underperforming and replaced it without me having to bring it to their attention.
Houston Solar Energy did an EXCEPTIONAL job on the installation of the solar panels in Goodrich ISD! Their staff was very professional as they maintained open lines of communication, adhered to timelines, and were always responsive if questions arose.
Excellent work. The company I had previously worked with went out of business due to the pandemic. I was fortunately able to have the team at Houston Solar Energy troubleshoot the issues I was having. Especially big shout out to Walker for going the extra mile and being able to remote in and get everything working perfect again. I highly recommend them for your solar needs!
The company reached out to me to repair panels that the previous company did not fix for months. Their response was prompt, as promised and reasonable. The best result is all my panels are back on line after 9 months of some being off line. They were responsive to texts and e mails as well.
