I’ve had Gexa as my electrical provider since 1999 and they have always been excellent on comparative pricing. Most customer service reps are also excellent. My most recent CS Rep Sam Alee in H Tx was the best. He was professional, thorough, caring, efficient, and very educated on all the plans available! He helped me get the exact and Best plan for my needs, explaining all options to me for me to choose! I highly recommend our Texas Provider Gexa Energy and their live (not Ai or Chat) CS agents, especially Sam A!
I had a fantastic experience with Steven today. I called to renew my plan and he did an outstanding job getting me a great rate that I am very pleased with. I asked to be transferred to the billing dept regarding a question and a concern I had about my future statements. He quickly transferred me to Roberto in billing. Roberto patiently listened and very quickly resolved my concern. Both agents provided very good customer service. This is why I choose to stay with Gexa Energy!
I was renewing my contract.Natalia was very helpful, I think. I had a hard time understanding her at times, but I think she did a good job at helping me. She assured me that I was getting a better deal than I had, and I am counting on that. I had a lot of questions, and like I said, she assured me that I was getting a better price.
Our Customer Service Representative named “Lady,” guided us through the process of choosing the Gexa plan best for our household. Lady was knowledgeable, endless patient, and polite as she answered all of our many questions. She let us take our time until we clearly saw the best plan to meet our needs within our budget.
