This company will not fix any problems in a timely manner. I have had an issue with my panels for at least a year. After a very long wait they will send a work person. Then if the project isn't finished or solved it will take another month or two to get another repair person. In my cast it has been at least a year and they are not finishrd. Today is an example. A man was here and fixed 99% of the problem. I just got an email that it will be two weeks to get someone for the other 1%. And that is very fast for them. Do not use this company!

I took my time before deciding on solar, mainly because I wanted to be sure about long-term reliability. This company stood out because they explained both the advantages and the limitations clearly. They reviewed my past energy usage and suggested a system that felt practical rather than oversized. Installation took around three days, and the team worked carefully without rushing. There was a short delay due to weather, but they communicated well. It’s been several months now, and I can see a steady reduction in my electricity bills, which feels encouraging.

Freedom Solar started out with a lot of promise. I even referred 5-6 people to them as their product seemed good. Their sales professional was good to work so I went them. However, the operations/service team is terrible. Very unprofessional. They talk good, but don't deliver. Very mismanaged. Their contract is misleading too. They quote a "fixed monthly" fee and then charge you sales tax which was left blank in the contract. I am working with attorneys to find a way out for me and all my referrals. I also intend to return their referral fees. Be careful if you sign up with them.
