I have had a few sessions at Clear Skin Bendigo, the technicians are always friendly and kind. I feel comfortable and confident in their hands, they always ask the safety screening questions before my treatment and advise me about after care at the end. They are quick but thorough and make it an easy appointment. My laser hair removal is working very well only after a few sessions, the growth has been greatly reduced.

Ive spent so much money here, with over 20+ sessions of laser, ive had NO hair reduction at all, if anything im now growing thicker hair in places i didnt even know had hair!!!! I was also allergic to a chemical skin procedure, was told to get something from doc clarifying it, before I could get the money id paid in advance for future treatments, then was told no! I tried sorting this out through management and even head office, only to be told NO again! I also had microderm done $99 each, on my whole face, both times was 5mins! I said to each person it didnt feel complete, they assured me it was. I have since had the service elsewhere and it felt amazing and completely different! Seems like your shopping somewhere, where there goal is to 'upsize' everything and sell products, sadly that all comes before the unskilled service you pay top $ for! Also, im not contacting anyone to resolve this, due to 12 months back and forth of trying to sort it out, with no resolution!

I have had multiple bookings here, I have found each and every one of them overpriced for the service/results I have received. The staff will keep adding on services to a pre booked appointment without explaining the costs which is really frustrating, I know it is their way of upselling but it’s just dishonest and misleading. I have really dark hair, I got laser removal done and haven’t seen the slightest change after 3 appointments. On my third appointment I had someone different and she made me feel disgusting because I had my period (was wearing a tampon), she wanted me to book another appointment. I went to another salon and explained my experience, they were pretty frustrated that I paid so much money and didn’t see any results considering how pigmented my hair is. I went ahead with my appointment, my hair is almost gone after just 1 appointment and for such an affordable price. I know it takes up to 12 sessions and a specific aftercare regimen but still upsetting to see my money going down the drain.
