We came for my best friends birthday and had the BESTT experience ever! The manager Anne was so sweet and got us all wine to enjoy while we had pedicure! Our techs were Marilyn, Lavie, and Tom. Everyone was so great, we will DEFINITLEY BE BACK! Most fun I’ve ever had at a nail salon!

My favorite CLT nail salon. Very clean, professional, and luxurious environment. Peria is my nail tech and is the absolute best! She’s efficient and pays very close attention to detail. She caters to her clients and focuses on nailing all of their request. No pun intended 😅 she’s also helped to grow my natural nails really long that a lot of people think I have extensions! But nope! All thanks to my girl! Lastly, the nicest guys up front that help with check-in/check-out and seating are always super nice. They greet by name, seat you in under a minute or two, check on you to see if you may need anything. It is much appreciated! These are the types of exceptional services that keeps me coming back!

Came here for a gel manicure because I heard it was better than the one in midtown. It’s not. I had lots of length on my nails when I arrived and asked for coffin style. This is what I got. I tried showing Lucy what I wanted and kept telling her I didn’t want to lose length but she kept filing the ends down. They were out of two different shades I picked so just had to go with what they had. The nail lacquer was well past done because my nails turned out really lumpy and as soon as she finished she had another worker throw the bottle away. She did an incredibly quick massage with cuticle oil (not lotion) and when she was done she stepped back and said thank you, so I got up to pay and was planning to tip but then she waited and leaned in and kept saying thank you like she was signaling that she expected her tip then. I just won’t be going back to any Mimosas salons. They can’t seem to get anything right.

Very very disappointed. I absolutely love this place and cannot believe how rough the lady was that did my nails. From start to finish she had such a nasty attitude and my nails hurt! You can see in this picture how she just scrubbed my skin. It almost seemed like she was doing it on purpose. I was very hesitant on posting this because despite the high prices their work has always been good! But my fingers hurt!! The lady was also passing gas while doing my nails and my husband and I smelled it and when I looked over at the lady she was almost laughing as if it was funny which kind of confirmed it was her doing it, which is absolutely disgusting. I have the video of my nails also but it wouldn’t let me post it on here.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s my favorite place ever. Aiden at the front is the sweetest and always gets me appointments exactly when I need them. Kind, friendly, and always asks if I want something to drink. 10/10 he’s the best. Naomi is my nail girl and she kills it every time. I should have taken a before photo because my nails were looking rough like they had really been through it. She brought me back to life. She does my builder gel and truly builder gel has changed my life. My nails feel strong and they never chip or break. I go a full month in between nail appointments and the only reason you can ever tell I need my nails done is because they grow out. Absolutely love this place. Will forever recommend.
