Dean was GREAT. Early, professional, knowledgeable. Gave only facts, provided all options available and then his recommendation on which service he would choose to tackle the problems most important to us. Highly recommended and now on my list for trusted professionals.
UPDATE: Downgrading to 1 star. After I left the initial review, I got a call from the company. They promised to give me a partial refund and send a different tech out to complete the work correctly. Neither happened. At this point, I'm convinced this company is just a scam. After researching how the work really should have been done for everything I requested, it appears there was never an expectation on their part to actually accomplish anything meaningful with how they did the work. The person who showed up was using a different company name than Air Flow Solutions, so it appears the work is subcontracted out. The tech did a good job cleaning the air ducts, but after he left I started to realize his equipment wasn't long enough to get the full length of the dryer vent, so I am probably going to have to have that done again. The tech also tried upselling me several times and offering discounts to try to sell it to me. I'm not sure I needed those things done really. I just didn't see what he was trying to show me. In the end, I feel like I mostly got done what I wanted, but I wouldn't recommend Air Flow Systems. Something just seemed kind of off.
